So that was Christmas....

Well the 2 year old cried and slept most of the day, the 4 month old got fussy but all in all a great Christmas was had by all.

Emily loved her Dora Castle most of all but I think second was the treasure chest. She was wired and crazy all day and didn't get out of her pajama's and I didn't force her either.

Adam got me an ice cream maker (which is exactly what I wanted!) and that was really nice and I think he's happy with is gift too.

Now on to New Year's. Christmas dinner with Mommy group tonight will be nice and then hopefully the maritime museum with the kids tomorrow.

Daddies Birthday

Well Adam's birthday went off without a hitch on Wednesday night, I thought it would be crazy with so many people but it went well and the cake turned out perfectly.

So Life Is What Happens eh?

Well I figure I may as well do this here as anywhere and I never get a chance to use my actual journal anymore so here it will be. Because as the song goes "life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans". If I don't do something like this I won't have much to go back to remember.

I'd like to have this for my kids too..... Maybe someday they'd like to read this and know what was going on with Mom at any one given time.

Well Owen's first Christmas is only 3 days away and I think that I'm about ready for it. It's going to be busy and crazy but it should be so much fun. Emily is so excited I think this is going to be her most fun one so far. Having kids is so great! What a joy.
